Driver said taxis can only be used 10 years but this was a private vehicle before it was turned into a cab and he’s got a few years left on it.

If these were deployed to overcome speeding drivers, and attached to rails and powered by the same sort of third-rail DC current that is used to power a multi-ton subway train, then these things must have been absolutely whipping ass through the tunnels
