Like the attached image, yes? This worked well on the iPhone 17 Pro/Max & Air because the camera bar was the entire width of the device. Raising the plastic to the hood level was (more or less) just a matter of following the natural curves of the device. On devices with a vertical, offset camera pill, that approach doesn't work. The area next to the camera would become a thick chunk of solid, unused plastic (the same thickness as the camera bump itself). Even worse, since the camera pill is so tall (about 40% of the device's height) and the bump is so thick (about 30% of the main body), raising the plastic to the hood height would truly make a large portion of the case needlessly bulky. Given this information, would you still prefer the plastic to be raised to the hood level?
