Όποιος δεν βαριέται ας διαβάσει μια ιστορία που βρήκα για την Πόπη Παπανδρέου της Ευρωπαϊκής Εισαγγελίας που μας στέλνει την δικογραφία σε δόσεις και ίσως του λυθούν κάποιες απορίες :) ▪️Το 2013 που η Πόπη Παπανδρέου ήταν Οκονομική Εισαγγελέας , άσκησε δίωξη σε βαθμό κακουργήματος στον πασοκο Ανδρέα Γεωργίου επικεφαλής της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ . ▪️Αυτό έγινε κατόπιν καταγγελιών της Ζωής Γεωργαντά ( μέλος του ΔΣ της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ τότε και υποψήφιας ευρωβουλευτής με τους ΑΝΕΛ το 2014 ) . Η κατηγορία ήταν η εσκεμμένη διόγκωση του ελλείμματος του 2009. ▪️Υποστηριζαν ότι ο Γεωργίου, σε συνεννόηση με την κυβέρνηση Παπανδρέου και ξένα κέντρα (ΔΝΤ, Eurostat), «μαγείρεψε» τα στοιχεία (από 13,6% σε 15,4%). ▪️Τελικά ο Γεωργίου απαλλάχθηκε τρεις φορές από την κατηγορία της αλλοίωσης στοιχείων (κακούργημα). Αθωώθηκε επανειλημμένα για το κακούργημα της (με βουλεύματα του Συμβουλίου Εφετών). ▪️Η μόνη καταδίκη που παρέμεινε ήταν πλημμεληματική και αφορούσε την παράβαση καθήκοντος για τη μη σύγκληση του ΔΣ. (2 χρόνια με αναστολή) ▪️Η ρητορική κατά του Γεωργίου ένωσε τότε την πτέρυγα Σαμαρά/Καραμανλή , με τους ΑΝΕΛ και τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. ▪️Αξιοσημείωτο είναι ότι το Ευρωπαϊκό Δικαστήριο Δικαιωμάτων του Ανθρώπου (ΕΔΔΑ) δικαίωσε τον Γεωργίου το 2023 , κρίνοντας ότι η Ελλάδα το 2017 που έγινε το Εφετείο, παραβίασε το δικαίωμά του σε δίκαιη δίκη . ▪️Έχει μείνει γνωστή ως «σκευωρία της ΕΛΣΤΑΤ» , που εμένα συνειρμικά μου θυμίζει κάτι σε σκευωρία νοβαρτις 😉 Στο πρώτο σχόλιο ηχητικό από Σάκη Μουμτζη που λέει τα ίδια πάνω κάτω
