We built 12 Claude Skill files that run our entire GTM operation inside Clay (and I'm giving it all away) Prompts give you generic output. These skill files on the other hand are built from hundreds of Clay tables across 80+ B2B clients at $7M ARR. Each one does a specific job: → Company Research Agent → Personalization Writer → ICP Scorer → LinkedIn Profile Analyzer → Data Cleaner & Normalizer → Objection Handler → Email Sequence Writer → Competitor Analyzer → Job Posting Analyzer → Technographic Qualifier → News & Signal Synthesizer → Account Brief Generator How it works: drop it into Clay → map your columns → run. No prompt engineering. No switching tools. Just output. Giving the full pack away free. Reply "SKILLS" and I'll send it.

I shipped Google Sign-In to @junobuild on Oct 25. Since then: 👥 125 new sign-up/devs (+5% in ~1 month) 🔑 73 Internet Identity 🌐 52 Google (~42%) I expected it to be high but, it confirms that a familiar login didn't just add another auth method. It accelerates growth ⚡️

@tibo_maker With a good structure, you should be able to pay 35% max on taxes between corporate and personal. You would have access to some of the best outdoor activities, speak the local language, be close to home.

can we have a real talk about lasik should i get it? my vision is about -4. super annoying in the morning. i wake up and i can’t see anything until i put contacts in or glasses. at night my eyes are dry. contacts are annoying lasik promises getting rid of all of this but is it true? i hear stories from people about vision deteriorating after 10 years, some say the later you do it the better also scary is the 0.001% something goes wrong and you lose your vision

The space in B2B that needs the most AI attention is marketing automation. It makes no sense in 2025 we should have to segment lists, build campaigns, attempt to A/B test them, build landing pages, etc. AI should handle it all, including all segmentation. You just upload your list … tell it your goals in a prompt … and it … goes. It’s time.

@gregorykennedy Linkedin is boring, but much easier to build connections with the right people and get your content seen over there.

Independent studies show 92% of B2B buyers purchase from someone already on their Day-1 list. You're not even in the conversation if you're not on that first shortlist. How do you get onto the Day-1 list? It's pure brand, mental availability. When the buyer thinks of tools in X category, do they think of you? Vendors who show up late simply don't win. The numbers are staggering: • 92% of B2B buyers ultimately buy from vendors already on their Day-1 shortlist (Google × Bain study of 1,208 US B2B buyers, 2022) • 90% of complex deals go to suppliers who made the initial consideration set (Sales Benchmark Index analysis of 27,000+ deals, cited in Corporate Visions 2025) • 62% of decision-makers finalize the shortlist without ever speaking to sales (Forrester Buyer Journey survey) • 72% start their buyer journey by asking their peers (Wynter C-suite Buyer Journey Study 2025) Brand isn't a vanity metric, it's the VIP pass to the only list that matters. Performance marketing helps once buyers are actively searching. But brand determines if they type your name in the first place. Most companies get this backwards. They pour resources into bottom of the funnel tactics while winners quietly capture the Day-1 list. Research by Binet/Field recommends B2B brands spend 50% on brand marketing. The question isn't whether you can afford brand investment. It's whether you can survive without making that list.

@romaindewolff Good luck. I’ve had very good results with webinars. Some tips: 1. Store Q&A from audience and leverage in future content, messaging, email nurture… 2. Create clips from webinar content, share on social and run as ads / retargeting to your target audience

I think the most powerful role in 2025 is a full-stack marketer. Someone that understands: - culture & content - performance & data - automation & AI - design & aesthetics - charisma & sales give this person capital, a product, and a Perspective subscription and they'll crush.
