People often ask me after a keynote, “How did it go Squash?” & when I get feedback like this, I enjoy replying, “It went brilliantly well thank you!” I put it down to good preparation & wearing the right knickers! ;) (See knickers philosophy on my website for reference) ;)

Finally so much better after being ill for almost 3wks… not sure where the sunshine I booked for today was? - But even in the rain, feels so good to feel good again! ✨ - & just in time, I’ve got a Keynote later this week & some big plans!

Don’t forget to look up once in a while… 💕 - Last week I visited the magical @relaxinfrance1 to deliver a presentation for a Club Coutillard Event. - Whilst lying by the pool (a great place to rehearse my keynote) I looked up & saw this… ✨

If a plant isn’t thriving, you don’t try & ‘fix’ the plant, you change it’s environment… Maybe sometimes if we’re stuck or not doing well, what we actually need is to change our environment. Would love to hear any thoughts on this..

Something a little different last night… A keynote at 1.30am for @networkrail’s night shift workers. It was a bit like being in a Vegas casino - bright lights & no clocks. That & delivering live to over 200people meant I had no problem staying wide awake!
