@samwarburton_ @TimesSport So the issue is that Regional Rugby hasn't worked. Obvious. So the answer is to just have 3 regions? Seriously?? Not even going to waste my energy commenting on the "15 year old" madness. The regional plan destroyed the Club culture and Values of WELSH rugby.
