And they must purchase their own health insurance so they are not a burden on hospitals or ERs. At the same time, they pay full taxes. They contribute to the system, without drawing from it. Paying in. Not taking out. And on top of that: $1,000 per year + 1% of income. This $$ goes straight to debt reduction and investing in the American workforce.
