SQUIRRELLYVERSE NFTs | SERIOUS COMMUNITY and UTILITY | MINTING NOW Mint a Squirrellyverse NFT, one of the few (if not the only) venture-based NFT with utility on @opensea Drops. opensea.io/collection/squ… We are a pre-seed startup. Even a small purchase can create an outsized impact for us. We are (and have been doing) a slow mint with, no gimmicks, no whitelists, no boxes, no influencers, no grinding, no farming, no KOLs. Join a serious community. Be part of experimental corporate governance strategies. Help build an IP (Intellectual Property) creating machine. Join the Squirrelly Writer’s Room and help create an epic saga (and it will be EPIC). COMMUNITY / our goal is to build/enhance community equity through a unique corporate strategy / enhanced community equity can be scary powerful market force / so yeah, we got an old/new way to enhance corporate value We need a serious community that will take part in experimental corporate governance Serious and committed community members can also join the Squirrely Writer’s Room and help us build an epic saga. UPDATE / the projects’ art will be different, imagine a European/American style of anime / we already have a new title and characters / the story will be (much) less squirrels and more humans (and other animals) / these NFTs will be updated, down the road DEMOCRATIZATION OF FINANCE When I was in the securities business, I spent most of my time in the compliance department. I hated that regulators would tell us what to do, when it came to fundraising for startups. Only the rich (equated to smart) could invest in early stage/preseed offerings. I thought that was unfair to the “not so rich” smart people. It turns out I was (at least partially) wrong. I am now seeing many unexperienced people on CT lose money in things (like memecoins and leverage) they have no business being in. THE STORY In short, we will be a manga style story, based on earth with many types of characters. There will be many types of humans and as many types of animals as you can imagine. Add in characters of myth, history, alien and “others” (based on science) and you will sort of get the picture. We will have our own unique blend of writers, both professional and “hacks”. Add in our community and we think we have a winning formula. LEARN MORE opensea.io/collection/squ… WE CONTINUE TO EVOLVE We’ve been at this for quite a while. We’ve been through a painfully long bear market and some mini-bulls too. All the while we have made it a mission to learn something and do something positive daily, no matter how small. This has a compounding effect. Now we are ready to move forward. Technology is catching up to our ideas. With the recent advances in AI, we can now do what we only dreamed of recently. In short, we initially need funding to build our AI enhanced Story Bible Builder, 2 Idle Video Games, and the Webtoon (online comic). We are building a multiverse, starting with Squirrellyverse (there will be a new title). It is here where will introduce the story and characters. We will have cats, humans, tanuki and more (much more). Earth is the center of this universe (sorry Copernicus) and we will be traveling to the farthest corners of our galaxy, visiting new dimensions and realities. (or will they be visiting us?) It’s a small universe after all? We are and will continue to be on the cutting edge of storytelling technology. For what it is worth, we are members of the Nerd Brigade at Emergence and the Story Protocol Creators Club. We learned a lot (and I mean a lot). WHAT ARE WE MINTING The Squirrellyverse is a pre-seed, self-funded, venture-based NFT project, loaded with utility. The Squirrellyverse is a 10k NFT Project. There are 10,000 squirrelly images of the 4 main characters and 6, one of ones, unique images for introducing future characters and universes. Our goal is to sell about 4,000 to 5,000 NFTs and put the remainder into treasury for future use. What ties our project together is the focus on storytelling. ONLY JOIN THIS PROJECT IF YOU SHARE OUR LONG-TERM VIEW. TOKENS and AIRDROPS We may be launching a token in the future depending on need. Not for nothing, we would be happy NOT to have to raise funds. But here we are. We accept the challenge to build and develop a corporate culture that benefits all involved. We will be to airdropping NFTs of new characters that we introduce in our universe. AI We plan to use AI for assistance in building our story universe, but ultimately, we will depend on human creators. The storytelling and art will be done by humans. STORYTELLING IS THE MOST POWERFUL UTILITY / Can you imagine a decentralized Disney, DC or Marvel? / Can you imagine being part of the storytelling creative process? / Can you imagine earning and owning a % of the IP (Intellectual Property)? / We can. IP is a HUGE market. By some estimates it’s a multi-trillion industry. Join our creative community and be a part of it. We are building a community of artists, writers, and anyone with a creative spark. Create new worlds, characters, and stories for our Idle Video Games, Webtoons, animation and more. Create and own a % of the IP (Intellectual Property). Remember, about a year or two ago, when people were saying that storytelling is the most powerful utility? What was true then is even more evident now. Stay ahead of the curve and consider projects like ours with a focus on the storytelling utility. THE SQUIRRELLY WRITERS’ ROOM Now THIS is Utility! To create this powerful utility, we are building The Squirrelly Writers’ Room as a base of creative operations. Whether you are a writer or someone with brilliant ideas, you can become a part of the creative community at Squirrellyverse and our sister company Kittyworks. We will be creating stories and IP for Idle Video Games, Webtoons (digital comics) and animation (cartoons) and more. This is just the tip of the iceberg. We have lots of good (and hopefully profitable) things planned for The Squirrelly Writers’ Room. Stay tuned. Things are going to start moving quickly from here. STORYTELLING | MYTHOLOGY | LORE Initially, the storytelling/mythology/lore will mostly apply to our Webtoons. The evolved storytelling will be eventually used in more sophisticated idle video games, casual video games and animation. The Squirrellyverse story will be like Dante’s Divine Comedy (but with actual comedy) meets Calvino’s Invisible Cities (with comedy), meets Peabody’s Improbable History (already has comedy), meets Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends (loaded with comedy) and influenced by some of the latest manga/anime/animation like Dandadan (among others) There will be Squirrels, Tanuki, Cats and humans in our story. We are aiming for a mix of styles of art and stories in our universe. Basically, we will have the ability to throw “sh*t” at the wall and see what sticks. IDLE VIDEO GAME STRATEGY BRIEF Can you imagine someone building Idle Video Games that are aimed at an older demographic? Can you imagine a prime revenue coming from ads? Can you imagine building two (at the start) Idle Video Games with a focus on fun, good mechanics with being relaxing, funny and silly. Can you imagine carefully adding (or not) elements of web3 ownership? Can you imagine starting with a mobile video game and then doing a desktop version? We can! What is an Idle Video Game? An idle game is a type of video game that you can play on your phone or computer. In these games, you must click on the screen or do some other simple action to make progress. The goal of the game is to achieve something, like building a city or collecting resources, but you don’t have to play the game all the time. You can wait for the game to do things for you while you do other things. That’s why it’s called an “idle” game. Sometimes, the game will even play itself without you doing anything! These games are also called “clicker” or “clicking” games. This is a basic definition of Idle Video games. The world of Idle Video Games continues to evolve. We intend to be part of this evolution. Our Idle Video Games will be a bit more sophisticated (as in more features) than regular idle games. GOALS - Create a community of players through the Squirrellyverse and Kittyworks. - Build Idle Video Games that are fun. - Start with a mobile version and then build desktop version. The idea here is for the player to earn coins while playing the game and even earn coins when the game is not being played. Players can voluntarily watch ads to get a boost in play and in coins earned. IN A NUTSHELL We plan to initially target an older demographic (over 35 years old), with our first Idle Video Game. This is the biggest, growing and yet underserved demographic in gaming. Our first Idle Video game will be cat-themed and influenced by our sister site, Kittyworks. With over 230,000 followers and 10 yearsof experience, our Kittyworks Facebook Page has been serving up funny cat memes and comments to a worldwide audience of cat lovers. A big percentage of our followers are over 35. In addition to the NFT holders, the Kittyworks Facebook Page will be the initial source of players for our cat themed Idle Video game. Our second Idle Video Game will be “squirrelly” based and have a wider demographic. Our short-term goal is to build 2 Idle Video Games with a focus on fun, good mechanics and being relaxing, funny and silly. We will carefully (maybe possibly) add elements of web3 ownership to these games later. Ultimately, our goal is to build a portfolio of Idle Video Games with mobile and desktop versions. WHAT IS KITTYWORKS? Our sister site Kittyworks’ Facebook Page has over 230,000 fans. Our posts get anywhere from a handful to over 36,000 shares (recently) each. For more than 10 years, Kittyworks created over 11,000 cat memes and captioned cat images. This large and deep library of comedic material has value and is essential to the concept creation of our Digital Collectibles/NFT Projects, Webtoon Digital Comics, Cartoons and Video Games. Kittyworks is a virtual writer’s room, powered by memes. WEBTOONS We will use our Webtoons to build a mythology that will be used in our next generation of video games and animation. Wikipedia defines Webtoons as a type of digital comic that originated in South Korea usually meant to be read on smartphones. Webtoons are rapidly growing in the younger demographic, and we expect this to grow and spread into older demographics. NFTs We are aware of the many possible uses of NFT technology and are excited by them and plan to use the latest technologies when practical. All that can be said is that your Squirrellyverse NFT will evolve as the Squirrellyverse and markets evolve. The Squirrellyverse NFTs can be looked at as a community, club, sounding board, round table, shadow board. One of the utilities of the Squirrellyverse NFT will be the relationship between the holders and the company. This relationship will be based on the concepts of face, honor, and respect. Face, Honor, and Respect are important and invaluable to the company. A good corporate reputation is invaluable. A good corporate relationship will give us the ability to “punch above our weight class” in the corporate world. The bottom line is to NEVER forget who initially helped fund the company. BIOINFORMATICS and SYSTEMS BIOLOGY We dream of someday building visualization tools to study molecular structures to help find cures for disease, using video game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine or maybe even create our own game engine. We have an interest in working with fluorescent molecular structures of proteins. In short, fluorescent proteins are like special markers that scientists use to study cells and living things. They help scientists see how things work inside cells and how they move around. Scientists can use them to learn about how our bodies react to new cures and medicines. We wouldn’t mind doing a moonshot project or two in the future. There have also been interesting developments in structuring research projects by using DAOs and/or NFTs. We are excited by this and have some ideas that may be interesting to the research community. We intend to be a player in the DeSci sector. Please keep in mind that the Bioinformatics/Systems Biology stuff is still down the road for us. CONCLUSION One of our goals is to build stories and characters for video games, webtoons and animation. What makes us different from the other guys, who are mostly developing AAA shooter games, is our initial focus on Idle Video Games. The Idle Video game market has been overlooked (so far) by the other guys. Please note that none of what is described here is good for short-term trading of NFTs. This project is for people with long-term views. We also have our longer-term goals and dreams of using our technology/skills to build visualizations tools for the use of studying molecular structures of proteins to find cures to disease using game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine or our own game engine. This may take a while, but we’ll get there eventually. We have been at this for quite a while. On the bright side, we have the advantage of “standing on the shoulders of giants” by watching other NFT projects. We got to see what works and what doesn’t. We made even more adjustments. We intend not only to survive this cycle, but to thrive. We are staying right here and will mint Squirrellyverse NFTs until we raise enough funding to get started. Living Document This pinned post is a “living document” for what is happening with the Squirrellyverse NFT Project. Thank you to everyone who interacts with this page. Every like, repost, gm and gn is a big deal for us and helps us spread our message. This is a pretty big document. You don’t have to read the whole thing, but parts of this may be of interest to you. This announcement supersedes all previous announcements of the Squirrellyverse Digital Collectible/NFTs. *all grammatical and spelling errors are intentional.

Arrived in Hong Kong. Survived day one. Met so many friends from digital art, connected with people from the traditional art world, and it truly feels like everyone is here...! When I came in 2024, I was just a guest. At an Art Basel party, I showed people my AI art and digital work, and one gallery person told me: “Your work is beautiful, but it doesn’t belong here.” They said Art Basel had no place for this kind of work. Now I’m back, and it’s clear something has changed. I’m excited for what’s coming.

GN Devs & Web3 Devs do not always explain why they drop off They land on your product They explore a bit They try to figure things out And somewhere along the way, something does not click There is no complaint No detailed feedback No clear signal They just leave quietly And that silence is difficult to work with Because when someone tells you what is wrong You have something to fix But when they say nothing You are left guessing I have experienced that kind of silence before And it is harder than direct feedback Because it creates blind spots You might think things are working Until you look closer and notice the drop-offs That is why behavior matters so much And if you can understand those points You can start to remove friction And improve the experience Because growth is not just about bringing people in, it is about understanding why they do not stay Silent drop-offs are the real growth blocker Fair?

George Lucas traded $350,000 in directing salary for something Fox executives thought was worthless: the right to sell Star Wars toys. It was 1976. Over 40 studios had already passed on his script, including Disney. Fox only greenlit the project because they wanted Lucas for other films. Nobody at the studio expected to make money on a space opera with no stars, so when Lucas offered to cut his directing fee from $500,000 to $150,000 in exchange for merchandising and sequel rights, Fox said yes on the spot. Movie merchandise was a dead business. Fox had lost money on Doctor Dolittle lunchboxes a decade earlier. They thought they were getting the better deal. Lucas couldn’t even find a toy company that wanted in. Kenner, a division of cereal company General Foods, finally bought the licensing for a flat $100,000. Then Star Wars opened. Between 1977 and 1978, Kenner sold $100 million worth of toys off that $100,000 investment. They couldn’t make enough for Christmas ’77, so they sold empty boxes with IOUs inside, promising to mail the action figures later. Parents paid real money for cardboard and a promise. Nobody around the production saw any of this coming. Alec Guinness, who played Obi-Wan, privately called the script “fairy-tale rubbish.” But he was shrewd enough to negotiate 2.25% of royalties instead of a flat fee. About 20 minutes of total screen time earned his estate somewhere between $50 million and $100 million. Lucas himself was so convinced the film would flop that he offered Spielberg a bet while visiting the Close Encounters set: swap 2.5% of each other’s profits. Spielberg took it. That handshake has paid him around $40 million. And then the money started compounding. Lucas poured his Star Wars profits into ILM, the effects house he’d built for the film. When its computer graphics division got too expensive to maintain, he sold it to Steve Jobs in 1986 for $10 million. Jobs renamed it Pixar. Disney bought Pixar twenty years later for $7.4 billion. Then in 2012, Disney came back for the rest, buying Lucasfilm itself for $4.05 billion. Total franchise revenue today sits around $46.7 billion, over $20 billion from merchandise alone. The filmmaker 40 studios passed on is now worth $5.3 billion according to Forbes. Fifty years ago today, cameras rolled on a desert in Tunisia. The $350,000 pay cut that made it all possible might be the best trade in business history.

It’s baby’s big day 🥺 her fourth in-home vet visit, and she still hates them. When she was tiny, I could just hold her and carry her through it. These days, she has her own opinions. I tried crate training over the years, but she’s too smart for that and given her start in life, I understand why enclosed spaces and being handled aren’t her favorite things. She’s turning 12 this year, doesn’t care for heights or boxes like most cats, and that’s okay. We’ve found our own rhythms, our own toys, our own little language (minus the time grandma vacuumed her favorite red plushie 🤣). I found her by the dumpsters in my 20s, thinking a cat would be the “easy” choice even though she was so flea bitten and scrawny. She proved me wrong in every way. She was too young for proper treatment at first, so we figured things out together… long late nights sitting in my car after work/class while I treated the apartment (flea bombing once a month), then going back in to clean and reset. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was ours. Somewhere in all of that, she became both my biggest expense and the easiest love of my life. When she turned 7, I finally found in-home vets. Dr. Paula used to come by for her checkups, and when she retired, I panicked a little until I found Dr. White from Harbor Pines 🥹. He and his nurse look a little intimidating (full tattoos, the whole thing), but they’re the gentlest with her, which is all that matters. If your pet struggles with vet visits and you’re in LA County, having someone come to you can make all the difference.

Before we do our "phoenix from the flames" thing we should read, learn and face up to the recent history of our market. We will never eliminate these things but collectively we can significantly diminish these awful events.

deepfake fraud explode across all platforms 🔺 2025 closes with roughly $3.35B to $3.4B in hacks, scams, and exploits by security firm tallies 🔺 Broader scams and fraud estimates move toward $17B 🔺 State linked actors, sanctions evasion networks, professional laundering pipelines, and industrial scale impersonation define the cycle 🔺 Early 2026 confirms the shift: human and operational attacks, phishing, key compromise, exec device hacks, malicious signatures, and cloud weak points increasingly dwarf pure smart contract exploits 🔺 Legacy contracts, multisig weaknesses, and cloud provider dependencies continue causing outages and drains Well friends: 🔺 2025 was 12 months of continuous extraction 🔺 Insider abuse, political capture, fake innovation, and mass manipulation defined the year 🔺 The machine did not stop on January 1, 2026 🔺 January reopened with another $370M to $400M bloodbath 🔺 February cooled to about $49.3M, but only after unprecedented damage 🔺 March’s Resolv depeg proved that stablecoin and DeFi infrastructure can still break from 1 compromised key 🔺 Trust in CEXs, bridges, old contracts, multisigs, cloud layers, and even hardware wallets remains near historic lows 🔺 State actors, Extractors, Trump linked insider trades, AI tools, fake support flows, phishing kits, and sophisticated social engineering keep winning Have fun or LFG.... @MastrXYZ As a former stockbroker, I am used to seeing the same lemmings jumping after penny stocks. It's just brutal. As our markets evolve (for the better), there will always be a place for these lemmings jumping to their predators. 😊🫡

I genuinely cannot understand how so many people still support Pump fun, Bonk fun, Binance, scammer KOLs and the entire extraction machine built around them. At this point, I am tired of warning people. It is not even satisfying anymore. It does not feel like a fight worth having when the evidence has been sitting in plain sight for so long and people still choose to look away. We do not need more onchain proof. We have already seen enough. Enough wallets, enough behavior, enough patterns, enough damage. It has already been exposed, explained, and documented more than enough times. What frustrates me most is that this is not harmless degeneracy. This behavior does not just fund the worst actors. It poisons the environment for everything else as well. Every dollar, every click, every bit of attention thrown at these extraction platforms helps destroy credibility, liquidity, and space for projects that might actually have been legitimate, durable, and worth building for the long term. And still, the crowd keeps running in the same direction. I do not understand the majority here, and I honestly do not think I ever will. It feels like watching a herd that has gone completely insane. The more braindead the idea, the more shameless the grift, and the louder the clown behind it, the bigger the following becomes. And somehow the people draining the space are treated like builders while the people calling it out are treated like the problem. There is no elegant solution to this beyond education, and even that feels increasingly thankless. In the end, everyone decides for themselves how much money they want to donate to manipulators, insiders, and parasites. But people should stop pretending they are only hurting themselves. They are helping kill everything else with it. They are feeding a culture that rewards extraction over creation, noise over intelligence, and short term hype over anything with actual long term value. I am beyond exhausted. Because the signs... they are obvious. And despite that, people keep cheering for the same machinery that is strip mining this space in broad daylight.
