We believe in being great partners to excellent software companies. We want everyone to use excellent software and when we find one we aren't going to be silent about it. I think we were one of the first users for @deeptraceai. It is excellent.

Excited to share that @deeptraceai has raised $5M to identify and fix every alert in production. This round is co-led by @felicis and @matrix, with participation from @ycombinator. As AI generates more of the world’s code, the real leverage shifts to systems that help engineers understand and run it in production. Deeptrace is that reliability layer. Today, teams like @opendoor, @mintlify, and @phantom use Deeptrace to automatically investigate every alert in production and proactively catch issues before they turn into incidents. If you’re looking to automate on-call and use agents to monitor prod, please reach out!

Huge congrats to @andys_lee, @srinth32, and the @deeptraceai team. We’ve been using them at @Opendoor since the early days, and it has had a big impact on our on-call and triage/diagnosis culture. Moving from firefighting to automated investigation is the only way to scale modern prod environments.

Today we're releasing our work on Deeptrace-Bench! We compared Deeptrace and Claude Code with the same MCPs across the hardest real world production incidents. The work we've put into making @deeptrace more reliable and accurate is undeniable!

Whether you are stuck at $500K, $5M or $500M ARR, the idea maze keeps changing Your advantages: your team, your access to customers, your ability to make them happy That’s how you can create new growth AI SREs like @deeptraceai is the obvious growth lever for PagerDuty
Jason ✨👾SaaStr.Ai✨ Lemkin@jasonlk

PagerDuty has fallen to $1.1 Billion market cap … at $500m ARR 2.1x ARR It’s profitable now, but it isn’t growing anymore. Revenue growth has slowed to 4% and new customer count is net 0. The markets reward growth. Efficient growth or insane growth. But growth. No growth but profits = 2x ARR at scale.
