APCRDA అధికారులు తుళ్లూరులో ఒక ఎకరం ఒక సెంట్(Ac. 1.0 Cts.) భూమిని హోటల్ నిర్మాణం కోసం సదరు సంస్థకు ఇటీవల కేటాయించారు. ఈ హోటల్‌ను అభివృద్ధి చేయడానికి ఆ సంస్థ సుమారు రూ.80 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి పెట్టనుంది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఏర్పాటుతో అమరావతిలో పర్యాటకం, వ్యాపార కార్యకలాపాలు మరింత పెరగడంతో పాటు స్థానికంగా 200 మందికి ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు లభిస్తాయని సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు తెలిపారు. అమరావతిలో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధితో పాటు పెట్టుబడులు కూడా క్రమంగా పెరుగుతున్నాయని, భవిష్యత్తులో మరిన్ని సంస్థలు అమరావతిలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయని APCRDA అధికారులు తెలిపారు.
