You might want to revisit your decision about opting out - suspect you would be better off in than out - you could take advice on that but they will just tell you to rejoin the pension scheme, so thats probably the right thing to do (and pension tax has changed quite a bit since you probably made that decisison

@goldstone_tony What do we do if we haven’t got one? I’ve opted out of pension scheme due to aa and so cannot access any total rewards statements on ERS, employer says can’t help and NHS pensions do not reply 🤷🏼♀️
