@HMRCcustomers I did that in the end and put that in the notes at the end - was a bit confusing that it said in the guidance ‘do not select no’ and that records show that I do have a post grad loan.. thanks for confirming, has put my mind at ease. Thanks!

@stacebarbar Hi Stacey, you should just select 'No' to the question and state that you have never had a post grad loan. You'll then be able to continue with the rest of the return. Nancy

@stacebarbar Hi Stacey, If you can’t check into your flight, please rest assure you're able to check-in at the airport as normal. If you require seat numbers for your destination’s PLF form and are unable to check-in online, please use 1A & 1B etc for your seat numbers on your form. ^Nicola

@HMRCcustomers I completed my tax return yesterday evening and want to pay it, but when I clicked 'pay my tax return' it doesn't seem to have any record of me filling it in and says I owe £0 even though I do have some to pay??

@AshPascale @zavvi I'm having the same problem, ordered early November and they just keep saying someone from another team will be in contact! This happened same time last year 😑

Anyone else having issues with @zavvi providing a dispatch date for items bought weeks ago and then not allowing you to cancel said items because it's "too far along in dispatch" because of a digital comic!
