@AGRobBonta @letote it’s amazing how the hold button magically doesn’t work when I try to put my account on hold. And that I will be charged in February when I’ve already been charged in December and January. Well good luck. I’ve cancelled my card.

@AGRobBonta I was told to reach out to you about a business based in your state. @letote does not respond to any emails. Their phone numbers do not work. I have now lost over $300 to a service I have tried to cancel for 4 months. Can you help? I have filed an @bbb_us complaint.

My bank is pursuing this as fraudulent charges as my account has clearly been on hold since November and I have still been charged. Someone needs to do something! And that someone is the Attorney General of California.

@stacey_travis @AGRobBonta @letote @bbb_us I echo this complaint. @letote e-mail is not monitored, phones are disconnected, help center page no longer exists, boxes aren't arriving but payments are being auto-collected. Clear violation of their published ToS. Just browse BBB.....

@letote I have tried to delay my account. Tried to cancel my account. Reached out multiple times on the chatbot with no response. I am now being sent a box I do not want and was charged for it. There is no customer service phone number. How can I get this fixed?!?

A technician will be scheduled to hook up to house. So probably April 15 I am guessing. @GetSpectrum this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received but unfortunately you have the monopoly. I get treated like I don’t matter.

@GetSpectrum Timeline of events that have led to this: Jan 16 - call to request service at our new build. Told he would request the site visit and schedule the technician Jan 25 - technician arrives. No site visit has been done and no wires run. Rescheduled site visit.
