@Uber_Support hi, I’m have significant issues with your customer service in the app. I have been charged on 6 occasions for a $20 toll for either the Lincoln or Holland tunnel which are reflected on my receipts when leaving NY for NJ. I’ve been messaging for a day now.

Please advise if there’s someone I can speak to to resolve. Thank you!

Each time they say they can’t find my trips and to choose options in the app for help with the fare but unfortunately your app does not have I WAS OVERCHARGED/SCAMMED for toll money.
