For the last decade young women have been immersed in a culture that frames men less as partners & more as potential threats who are oppressive and dangerous. When every institution reinforces that relationships are where women lose freedom and men fail them, it’s not surprising that girls have become more cynical about marriage

@Matthew_S_Love @KarolineGosling I don't completely disagree but, barring extinction level catastrophe I don't see it happening. The feminists, liberal left, etc aren't listening to God anymore.

Women should have 2 goals in life: 1 - Find a good man who will marry them and give them children 2 - Do everything in their power to make that man happy and please him. To not get lazy and become a lazy Feminist like is accepted by Society. These two choices will save society.

@_fels1 Actually, the data shows marriage *does* benefit women. It's protective against alcoholism, improves their health care, & they generally report happiness w/it compared to single peers. This is a popular feminist narrative not backed up by objective data. thestackeddeck26.substack.com/p/how-feminist…

@MichaelGLFlood I don't know that you could accurately characterize this as being representative of the American right. It's more like the FAR right.

@coachblade What a coherent, and cogent presentation. Not judgemental or biased. Love hearing a young person talk that way.

@Eviemagazine I believe women are free to choose what to do. College and career? Great! Traditional wife & family? Great! But feminism promotes that marriage is bondage & motherhood is slavery. However, tradwives are not protected by economic independence. If they divorce, they're destitute.

The women’s movement spent decades insisting that choice was sacred. Yet here we are in 2026, watching the same ideological descendants panic because a visible subset of women are choosing domesticity and documenting it beautifully. The tradwife trend, they insist, sets women back. It glamorizes submission. It brainwashes the next generation. The very same people who once chanted “my body, my choice” now treat a KitchenAid mixer like a betrayal. Read more here: bit.ly/3OxRIBJ By @LisaBritton

Meanwhile. far from the frontlines of the culture wars, an astonishing shift has taken place in fatherhood. The gender gap in both paid AND unpaid has closed by 4 hours just since 2019. New research at @aibm_org by Ari Binder: aibm.org/research/the-g…

@LisaBritton I work MORE than my wife (who works from home), make 1/4 of what she makes, and do a roughly equal share of household chores/parenting. And somehow I'm still the villain.

We need a cultural shift away from thinking fathers who work a lot are like Mad Men, not-really-loving-dad types. I have a friend who has a very successful business. During his kids’ younger years, he worked 18 hour days. Sometimes he’d only be home with his kids 4 days a month. He tells me how much pain that caused him, and he feels so guilty now that he can’t get that time back. Now that his kids are older, entering adulthood, and he works a lot less, he tries to be with them as much as possible, but he still feels bad that he missed so much time. I think a lot of fathers, even in the old days, are on that same page.

@AdamLaneSmith In the current cultural climate it's blasphemy to speak positively about men and boys. I saw this podcast title today. (It ended up being a very positive podcast but the title says it all about the present zeitgeist)

@WendyRWang I'm of the belief that girls are less interested due to feminist narratives that marriage is bondage and motherhood is slavery. And career uber alles. Coupled with economic realities it's driving down marriage rates, fertility/birthrates, and family formation.

@KarolineGosling Masculinity is not toxic. *People* are toxic. Some of those people are male, some are female. Are there more toxic males or has feminism vilified traditional masculinity so much that, to women, it can only appear toxic? I think this is the real question.

If you are a woman and unhappy in your relationship. Try being super submissive and feminine for a week or two, and you will make your relationship amazing. Try it. Prove me wrong.

@MonicaMAlmaguer Agreed, it makes men *look* more radical to women even though women are the ones who have been radicalized. Increasing attractiveness is why "looksmaxxing" and emphasis on being fit & strong have become so important to men.

The modern dating landscape reveals a growing divide. Some men's political views remain static, while women's have shifted significantly liberal. This divergence creates challenges in relationships, demanding a man to be exceptionally compelling to bridge the gap.

@9000Gigachud @KarolineGosling The data show that there are more woman than men of average intelligence. There are more men than women at the tails. Meaning there are more male geniuses, and more males of low intelligence.

The entire concept of male privilege evaporates when you realize the few men at the top of society have literally no investment in the problems of the other 99.9% of men. Men disproportionately populate the entire bottom class of society and not a single soul advocates for them
