Spain has troops in Lithuania to defend them from a possible russian invasion.
Spain should call back all trops, and if Lithuania gets invaded, they should blame Lithuania's border security.

We are determined to prevent smugglers from challenging the integrity of our external borders. We cannot allow illegal entry, the instrumentalisation of migration or other hybrid threats to create the perception that illegal entry into the EU can turn into legal stay. Europe must respond swiftly, effectively and in a coordinated manner. Protecting our external borders, preventing illegal migration and supporting Member States under pressure are our shared European responsibility.
