No shovels in the ground, LNG stalled, and Carney still jets abroad begging for MOUs that deliver nothing. Energy superpower needs real deregulation and fast approvals, not more talk, red tape, or net-zero sabotage scaring capital away. Stability? Only if you axe the barriers killing jobs and growth.
