He’s had the most G/A of any player 21 or under (apart from Yamal) across the last two seasons, doing it in an unsustainable side. £40m for a talent with that potential is a joke. If he was a Chelsea player in their bomb squad, we’d have paid £70m for him. Underrated online, big talent — and if Amorim gets sacked for a manager who likes direct wingers and he thrives at Chelsea, we’ll look ridiculous.

I’m so angry right now. I back this manager and will continue to do so but the mistakes today were GLARING. Setting yourself up on the back foot instantly by not starting a striker. Shocking substitutions. Awful in game management.
