1. Artificially barricaded entry points to billing points, which is leading to artificial congestion
2. Even when full crowd is available on Saturday’s and Sundays adequate personal for billing are not deputed

@StarBazaarIndia your store in seegehalli Bengaluru is a mess. At 820, it's not yet open. Customers waiting outside gate since 750. Cleaning, loading, unloading going on. Inside, shelves have been dismantled 10 days ago for new set up. Your label fabsta milk is not in stock

I recently had an unpleasant experience at your Vastral (Ahmedabad) branch regarding a payment through my Pluxee card (formerly Sodexo). The cashier refused to accept payment via registered mobile number with OTP and also declined payment through QR code

@StarBazaarIndia what new billing process is this? We've been stuck here for the last 30 minutes. With so much spillage around because the cashier has to open each packet to know what's inside the bag. The process used to be seamless earlier, now feels like a headache!

My simple query: Why add ₹79 delivery charge on a purchase of ₹847 while claiming a saving of ₹355?
In effect, the real saving is only ₹276.
