Rookie question for more experienced CEOs out there - what's the best setup for startup accounting (100+ expenses)? I noticed that every month I spend more and more time gathering and matching all the invoices, paying salaries, etc. Lately I've been blocking whole day just for accounting (which I hate), so I want to automate/outsource that (especially as we're scaling further). What are the best practices? Should accountants have access to all our tools to download invoices (probably not)? Should we create a bank sub-account for accountants to manage payroll? P.S. We use Revolut Business which solves some problems like matching invoices but it still needs a lot of my input.
