While cable is in a decline, it isn't ready for the history books just yet. The sports bundle remains its strongest life support system, providing a level of audience reach that streaming services alone simply cannot match. with Ross Benes, Senior Analyst at EMARKETER

There is a growing shift in how professional sports teams view their broadcast rights. Instead of chasing short-term subscription revenue from expensive regional sports networks, teams like the Utah Jazz are moving back to local, over-the-air affiliates. with Ross Benes,

I had two floppy discs that were very important in the late 80s: 1) Drug Wars 2) MS-Dos Fantasy Football I built a website for my fantasy football league and I had software that was on a floppy disc that I would run a batch file and dial in to get the stats each Tuesday morning and then I would push those stats into the website and then send out an email to all my friends so they could go view all the data and reports from the weekend. Kids today have no idea, although a lot of the tinkering with AI is starting to resemble some of the tinkering we did back in the day

@stateofstreamtv What I want to know is how he came up with those rates. Surely smack middle of the forehead is more premium placement than either edge? 😂
