same. Rather than spending 15 minutes constructing a perfect prompt it’s so much easier to just talk stream of consciousness to an LLM telling it what you want. No need for perfect grammar. You can stutter and stammer. It just figures it out.

One pattern I find useful for working with LLMs is a nice long ramble session. Sometimes the LLM needs more bits to understand what you're trying to achieve, but you're too lazy to type them. In these cases I like to lean back, switch to /voice and just ramble for like 10 minutes, total mess, anything goes, full stream of consciousness. Sometimes I declare it up top, something like "switching to speech recognition sorry for any typos...". Sometimes I turn it into a small interview of a few turns. But I find that the LLMs are somehow very good at reconstructing long incoherent rambles and often their echo of your own tangle of thoughts comes out quite a bit cleaner than what you started with. The result is that you improve the mind meld and have to correct things less from that point on.

@StatisticUrban The current bill in the US is for permanent DST. I dont think anyone is seriously proposing permanent standard time.

We currently use DST for about 7.75 months of out 12. Moving to permanent standard time would mean much less light in the evening for huge portions of the spring and autumn as well as the summer.
It would be horrific. We should either move to permanent DST, or do nothing.

This men’s softball game has an interesting play.
Runner on first less than two outs, batter hits a ground ball to first. The first baseman fields it but the runner from first never leaves the bag to run to second base.
The first baseman tags the runner on first while he is still on first base and then tags the base with his foot.
Many said that since the runner at first never left the bag, he is not out. 🤔
While others said the runner at first is forced to run.
Without looking the rule up, I would say that is a double play. The batter is definitely out and the runner is out for being tagged. He is forced to run imho.
