@Sandford_Police For those not from the UK ( and maybe some who are) this is called a proximity accident. If a cyclist has an accident/collision in the UK the nearest car is deemed at fault, regardless if it’s stationary or not. That’s how our law is written

Officers from our Roads And Transport Squad are appealing for information to trace the driver of the white vehicle which is seen to cause an accident with two cyclists
