@Ryanair_IT flight FR8334 delayed in monitors but departed on time, at least 8 passengers lost it and had to pay for another ticket. Horrible experience with staff at the gates, no communication made. How will you manage that?

Horrible experience flying with @AmericanAir NYC-Milan. First flight delayed almost 2 hrs, food onboard was the poorest ever. Lost coincidence in London, staff not supporting with clarity. Never again I will fly with this company.
