@stencg Nice. Have you done some kind of interpolation for very fast strokes? (to avoid painting dots instead of a line) I found it difficult to interpolate to a line while also accurately continue simulating pressure/accumulation variation. (also helps for sparse networking)

@nekozyrys I have tested standalone build using Quest 2, this is pretty stable at 72 fps during painting while environment is baked and simple geometry. GPU profiler in Unity 6 within URP is slow as hell, so I haven’t get correct time from it. CPU is about 1 ms so far.

@stencg Does this fully run on headset on-board gpu? If so, then how much gpu and cpu time it takes to compute this?

@stencg After Kingspray was pretty much abandoned, been waiting for the day a new VR graffiti game to pop up.
Question, will the ability to export artwork to a PNG be an option?
I know a couple people that Used kingspray for asset creation, putting works in other games and such.

@MDRNmusic Well, it's still under development and it's going to be a part of a few (hopefully) games, no plans to share it on public platforms so far.

Смотрю это в подвале под ракетным обстрелом, в той же самой, но уже изрядно потасканной футболке. Вместо фултайм работы ковыряю фрилансы. Должна играть какая-то драматическая музыка)
Но я реально с ребятами дружу и со многими действительно работал. Надеюсь, не в последний раз)

@compusemble Boring lighting, absolutely generic, RT (where?), PT don't make that even good. Try unlit + blob shadows though...

@guycalledfrank @ggasainiev I would try to take a look the new unity physics package. I have no experience with that though...

@ggasainiev ...too late to convert to dots+it has problems with lightmap support and many things. TBH it's easier for me to just pack all my static geom rendering to external dll, than to mess with dots.
Also, colliders... PhysX is still PhysX, not sure how fast it is to toggle statics often
