@steph_sonic Yes. Good points. Evidence & Empathy can be a game-changer here. However, getting evidence might be a bit tricky.

How do you tell a client they desperately need a rebrand when they are in love with it?

@XenosKing I remembered Tropicana in the 80s. It was so cool- big Easter Island tiki and full-on tropics themed.
