Yeah the shuttle program was great. It killed 14 people, built by the lowest bidder and they told the American people who paid for it that it was reusable. Which was a bold face lie. The name is what was reused. It had to be completely refit after every flight. Costing millions and even at the end they always kept their fingers crossed it wouldn’t blow up in space. Why the lights on the drones? You use gps, you don’t need to see them to collect data and it’s daytime. Why? Television dramatizations are easier? Why? The drones are lighter without lights. In the late seventies I crossed the Atlantic on the QE2. I went First Class, which I paid for with my first real paycheck. We had a mandatory dress code for dinner. Black Tie and commensurate formal wear for the ladies. It was one of my favorite memories.
