.@SamsungMobileUS Did you really delete customer posts on your Community Forum to hide the fact that your latest software update caused phones to no longer work on network carriers like Cricket Wireless (@Cricketnation) and /or others??? If so, your company is sleezy AF.

@babiecee My AT&T Samsung Galaxy A51 5G had this problem, couldn't make/receive calls after recent update. Restarted in safe mode (hold down Power Off until it changes to Safe Mode), tried to make a call, turned off safe mode, and now i can make/receive calls again!(temp fix until reboot)

Right after Samsung's software update a few days ago, my A51 mobile phone suddenly could not make or receive calls. And still can't. On Samsung's Community Forum I saw several posts from Samsung customers saying they had the exact same problem. And I even replied to one of them.
