Dude chill out, you’re on your 10th post about peaters and people who never interact with you, you’re talking about self-control, emotional control and keep making rage bait posts just to pointlessly argue with people. Why pointlessly, because even when somebody will totally prove you wrong, you will switch to personal attacks and keep talking about your experience and few studies that support your claim. Because if you agree that you were wrong it will damage your ‘reputation’. There’s no point to discuss anything with a person who talks about self-control and saying how mad he got when he heard that people feel good when they eat sugar. You do you, if you can control your emotions why innocent people who love sugar makes you so mad?

dietary control is the same thing as self-control if you’re addicted to sugar and incapable of doing fasts then chances are you also have very little self-control and poor emotional control that’s why fasting for several days and doing a diet such as keto is not just a cognitive hack it’s a test of your own mental will and control over yourself keto demands a high degree of self-discipline, the capacity to not only avoid carbs and control your diet like a machine but also the capacity to manage your body like an engine, to ensure consistent electrolyte balance, ensure all your micronutrients are balanced, ensure blood glucose health, etc all these things are a test of self-mastery and that’s why you hear so many sob stories and failures on keto and why so many people have an emotional disdain towards keto the fact of the matter is most of these sob stories aren’t because keto itself is something bad, it’s because the person failed and has weak self-mastery thus in true weak emotional-control style, they blame keto instead of taking accountability and realizing how they could’ve prevented their failures

high protein and high fat diet is the high iq and high energy diet high carb and high sugar is low iq I don’t care what a bunch of health slop pseudo intellectuals on twitter claim, they are all dipshits who speak in jargon to try and sound smart this is what the objective science shows and what all my own personal research and experimentation consistently validates high sugar causes inflammation in the brain, it makes you more sluggish mentally and reduces your cognitive energy levels the brain runs far more effectively on high quality fat than it does carbs there’s no debate here, it has been proven definitively that for ATP conversion in the brain FAT IS SUPERIOR TO CARBS all you need to do is pull up some studies and see for yourself if you don’t believe me now enough taunting and provoking I’ll break it down for you and why your high sugar diets are a logical fallacy that you should stop feeding into high sugar and high carb is only optimal if you are an athlete, it’s only optimal if you need that extra energy to gain a competitive edge in a physical arena but for the vast majority of us? we aren’t professional athletes who work full time in a sport we are hobby athletes, and we have jobs and lives, and our minds are our most important asset thus we need to take care of the brain, give it love, stop abusing it with stimulants and drugs and sugar, and give it care and support it’s all about longevity anyway right? and we want to stay healthy for a long time, not develop dementia or cancer and all those bad things well for that to happen the high protein and high fat diet is your best friend and furthermore it’s also just cracked af you could eat sugar and take stimulants and take nootropics and drugs and everything you want to overclock your mind and yet your cognitive functioning is still gonna be inferior to someone who’s sober on this diet trust me I’ve experimented with all these things myself, and nothing comes close to this if you want a cognitive edge you struggle to get out of bed sometimes? you have anxiety at times? you have brain fog? you have trouble maintaining high energy levels without using stimulants? all these issues arise due to dietary failure, due to you using sugar and low quality energy all those issues? non-existent on this diet energy levels go through the roof IQ feels like it goes up 30 points your brain becomes healthy and happy and your blood sugar becomes stable wanna lose weight? wanna stimulate your metabolism? no drugs needed - it’s literally impossible to get obese on this diet, and the fat will begin melting off of you as soon carbs are flushed out of your system the key however is to ensure you only consume high quality protein and fats eggs, high quality beef, and high quality fish chicken is for scrubs, all you need is eggs, steak, beef, and fish and all your carbs should come from dairy particularly kefir kefir is what is gonna keep your gut balanced and good, so it’s important you get a glass of it a day then you also want to make sure you have a solid vitamin and mineral stack, I’m not gonna list them all out here, but I have my own personal made stack I take 3 times a day to ensure all my micronutrients are balanced and adequate levels anyway just try it for yourself if you don’t believe me and if you follow this diet truly and correctly, then you’ll quickly come to the same realization as me that all other biohackers than me are retarded and coping over their pleb diets always master the fundamentals first don’t worry about peptides and drugs and nootropics and all that stuff master your diet and routine first until you master your diet and routine then everything else is duct tape and bandaid solutions it’s what’s gonna make the biggest impact on your life and it’s also what’s gonna lead to true longevity

@BerbarianWizard Gotcha. I meant L-carnitine more in the context of increasing androgen receptor density, and also as one of the factors that can help with fat loss. I’ve heard stories that experiments with androgenic compounds may produce better results when they are combined with L-carnitine.

@sterhcrypto Thanks brother 🙏 Haven’t tried it. Carnitine’s role is just transporting fatty acids into mitochondria, and that step usually isn’t the limiting factor for fat loss.

Pivoting from crypto to biohacking & performance. Crypto gave me burnt nerves and fast money. Yes, my analytical skill leveled up. But I drifted from what I’m actually built to do. At 13, I was deep into physiology, nutrition, and training methodology. At 14, I benched 112.5 kg (248 lb) at 83 kg bodyweight - back when strength inflation wasn’t crazy and that meant something. I was reading Louie Simmons, Yuri Verkhoshansky, Vladimir Zatsiorsky and obsessing over how to optimize everything - through programming, recovery, supplementation, diet. I started coaching at 16. First clients: friends & family. Then med school. Built and led a powerlifting team. Multiple wins. Crazy results. Today I coach online - helping people get stronger, recover better, improve metabolic health and quality of life. I’m coming back to what I was always meant to do. I’ll be sharing performance science, biohacking insights, and training principles here.

We have a filled ICO, bullish announcements, and the $BASE season. $5M for the NFL and $25M for football look like child’s numbers - at least a 5x from here.
