@CelebrityCruise You have had a data breach that exposed personal information. It appeared in a phishing email this morning - it had our names, reservation number and then amount we've already paid. It also had the last four digits of a credit that was close to an old one we had.

Plus, the staff lied to us tekking us they were cleanung the car. There was NO car. Another 60 minutes wasted in their office instead of taking our personal car on the trip. Truly an epic fail at the branch on 96th street in Indianapolis. 35 years I've rented from them!!

Completely, utterly screwed by @Enterprise. Booked a car 2 months ago for a 12 day road trip. Confirmed car over phone 2 days before. Reservation was for 8:00. Arrived at 9:00 to find they rented car to someone else and no more available. Nothing in T&Cs says anything abt 30 min.

I was extremely disappointed to discover yesterday that @WhiteCastle store 218 no longer steams their buns. That was an integral part of the experience and a differentiator. Adjusting to dry buns will be challenging.
