Why? You think the astronauts or nasa are distracted by comments about their lousy video coverage? They aren't...they're pro's except when it comes to covering their launch, separation, LEO...It's all garbage footage and a huge disappointment for a mission that was long in coming.

@wild_salt949 @bobross_jay @BoosterTribe @SpaceX You're referring to Starship. SpaceX launches rockets a couple times a week. Falcon Heavy could have lifted the Orion capsule. Starship is still in development with the next planned launch is in April with the next iteration of Starship and new engines, as well

For most of my childhood, my dad was working on the Shuttle program. Kids at school would often ask, "Your dad's an astronaut, right?" (He was not. He did vehicle loads analysis. Lol) Now he's on Artemis II. Super cool to see him help make history again tomorrow 🚀

@cybrtrkguy Agree; this was a big letdown. Then after launch, we get this stupid image of what the capsule looks like for that stage of flight and a pathetic bar underneath it depicting mission events. SpaceX changed all of our expectations. NASA decided to remain old.

NASA needs to contract the SpaceX camera crew because this is terrible coverage (comparatively)

>no countdown timer
>none of the gimbal cameras followed the ship
>no onboard cameras
>on-screen graphics non-existent
