Calling on the Capitol was back in action this week in Sacramento! 🏛️🌾 On May 5, Farm Bureau members from Districts 1–11 came together at the Capitol to meet directly with legislators and staff and share the real-world impacts of policies affecting California agriculture. From the fields and ranches to the Capitol halls, members brought firsthand stories, local perspectives and the priorities of their communities directly to decision-makers. Beyond the meetings, the day was filled with connection, collaboration and a shared commitment to advocating for California farmers and ranchers. A special thank you to all the members who took time away from their operations, traveled long distances, and, in some cases, even flew in to make the day possible.
