The Paul George to the Clippers trade will be complete after the Thunder select in the lottery again with a Clippers pick…. But shout out to Sam Presti for sneaking into the Harden trade to the Clippers and getting an unprotected pick swap in next years draft too.

Obviously there are financial benefits to playing in Brooklyn and the aesthetic is cooler, but there's a real argument to be made that if the Nets played in Jersey City, they would still have good attendance because of how that market has changed

Caleb Wilson is such a unique prospect that it’s pretty difficult to find a great comparison for him, but I think more-athletic Pascal Siakam (as a high end outcome) is my favorite one.
Siakam was an older prospect so he was more physically developed but both were relatively raw in terms of their handle and shot creation ability (I think Caleb is further along).
Both were awesome defenders and rebounders as well with excellent motors.
Siakam’s handle took a huge leap in the NBA and I think Caleb will need to develop in a similar way along with adding weight to be a viable half court creator but I think it’s possible.
For anybody scouting during that time let me know your thoughts!

@Keith_McPherson Kyrie said no because he didn’t want stipulations. Cam felt he was worth 30 a year. They put the qualifying offer on him he chose that over a 2 yr 30 mil deal. So he gets hurt again and they didn’t see any improvement in the form of playmaking or defense which lead to his release

@Keith_McPherson Basketball is a two way sport. Elite bucket getters don’t lead teams to titles. Cam is an elite bucket getter who they gave a chance to show he can do more and he didn’t capitalize on that opportunity. They offered him a deal same as they did with Kyrie.
