Yes, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. The top 1% pay 40% of taxes, the bottom 50% pay 3% of taxes. We can make it even more progressive by zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. It’s a small amount of the total tax revenue but very meaningful to people in this group.
Shay Boloor@StockSavvyShay

Jeff Bezos said the bottom half of Americans should pay zero federal income tax. He cited a nurse in Queens making ~$75K and paying ~$12K in taxes saying “we shouldn’t be asking this nurse in Queens to send money to Washington.”

Some people avoid confrontation, some people cannot handle direct argument, and some people are trying not to yell back… but I am confrontational and I struggle not seeing them as cowards. Not engaging gives the facade of control to whomever is —to feel they have the upper hand. This is why polls are skewed. Passive aggressive people don’t engage except in clips, but they do vote. So at minimum, make them think.

Passive-aggressive people drive me crazy. They hide behind a fake veneer of not wanting to ever disagree on anything, and when there is conflict they nod their heads, smile, say something conciliatory and then do what they want. Contrast this with my own approach of being very open about disagreement and vocally seeking a compromise solution or at least openly agreeing to disagree. I consider my approach to be honest, fair and giving, and the passive-aggressive approach to be dishonest, unfair and selfish. The problem is that there are many cultures where passive-aggressive behavior is the norm, and I strive to never be prejudiced and to judge everyone as individuals.  Still, when I meet someone from one of those cultures my instinct is to be prejudiced and assume they are passive-aggressive, and that can be an unfair assumption. I struggle with this.

This lady is running on throwing Americans into internment camps. She was the leading vote getter in the recent TX-35 Democrat congressional primary. This is their new normal. Today she says it’s Zionists but tomorrow it’ll be anyone who votes right wing. Absolutely insane.
Michael Karlis@MichaelKarlis

TX-35 Democratic candidate Maureen Galindo says she will convert ICE detention center in Karnes County into an internment camp for "American Zionists." "It will also be a castration processing center for pedophiles, which will probably be most of the Zionists," she added.

I have read some truly evil things in my life... Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, comes close to what I read in the search warrant for Joshua Gilliam and Ronald Lynch. These two married men have 5 BOYS, in North Carolina. They have been arrested for r*pe, child p*rnography, and grooming. The victims are a 5-year-old and a 15 year-old... but police say many many more charges are coming. ...but it gets worse. Last year... in May of 2025, the NC State Bureau of Investigation sent Harnett County a cybertip about Ronald Wayne Lynch, possible child se*ual abuse material. NO CHARGES WERE FILED. In MAY 2026... 1 FULL YEAR LATER ...a second cybertip arrived. This time naming his husband, Joshua Lee Gilliam, in the r*pe of a five-year-old and the grooming of a fifteen-year-old. THEN charges were filed. For both men. Please read that again... a year went by. A year in which children remained in that household. What happened to those children in that year? The details of this case are so sickening and so horrifying I have had to walk away from my laptop. Truly the most vile things I've ever read in my life, bar none. I'm at a loss for words that evil like this can evil exist at this depth. How was this never seen? Why did no one say anything? How can this happen in America?!!!!

Governor Abigail Spanberger
The Supreme Court of the United States has now joined the Supreme Court of Virginia in choosing to nullify an election and the votes of more than three million Virginians. These Virginians made their voices heard — casting their ballots in good faith to push back against a President who said he’s “entitled” to more seats in Congress before voters go to the polls. As Governor, I will make sure voters know when and how to cast their votes this year. Because our votes are how we choose the representation we deserve.

This is the longform version of the master plan to remake America’s government, a plan I’ve outlined in pieces across various threads. The protests and foreign-policy interventions are all moving toward the same end: a transformed American system of governance designed to prevent another Trump from ever taking power again. In effect, the United States has become its own democratic-transition project. We are living through a color revolution. Read more below.

There are two important steps we need to take to stop the advance of Sharia law in our country: 1. PAUSE all immigration 2. Win cases in court by making it clear Islam is a political ideology, not a religion that can hide behind the First Amendment.

Alongside aggressive prosecution, the Task Force is preventing fraud before taxpayer money leaves the federal government. Agencies will now pay only when they are confident that a payment is legitimate and lawful. As a result, Trump administration agencies are now establishing fraud indicators and analyzing data to detect patterns of fraud -- things like unreasonable growth, impossible services, and other hallmarks of fraud. When an unacceptable risk of fraud is identified, the money stops. We’re seeing this approach pay dividends already in one of the biggest federal programs: Medicare. @DrOz has identified nearly 800 suspected fraudulent providers of hospice and home health care services and withheld payment for their questionable services. So far we have saved $1.4B in potentially fraudulent payments and have paused enrollment of additional providers while @DrOz roots out other fraudsters in the system. This is an approach that works and will be scaled to other federal programs.

It’s been almost two months since President Trump took the bold step of officially forming the Task Force to Eliminate Fraud. We’ve already uncovered tens of billions of dollars in defrauded taxpayer money, prosecuted dozens of fraudsters, and stopped billions in suspicious payments. And we’re just getting started. So why has it taken the federal government until now to finally tackle fraud? Because Andrew Ferguson and I are taking a new approach. Here’s how.

On December 29, 2021, the taxpayer-funded Public Broadcasting Service posted a "story" on their website entitled "Military still grappling with racism and extremism, investigation finds." Link here: pbs.org/newshour/natio… Note this portion of the article, highlighting the Southern Poverty Law Center: ******************* "Susan Corke, the director of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Intelligence Project, commended the Defense Department for taking key steps this year, including the changes announced last week, to address extremism. She said the Defense Department sought the expertise of civil rights organizations, academics, and others who have sounded the alarm about the dangers of extremism in the ranks for years. But Corke said it's too soon to definitively say whether the updated policies will purge extremism from military ranks. "The devil will be in the details," she said. " I do appreciate that there is a commitment from the Defense Department to have much more consultation with outside partners and that there's much more focus on doing additional research. So, we're going to hold their feet to the fire." Corke said the SPLC is still pressing for additional reforms, including how the military's command structure allows commanders to have virtually absolute command authority over subordinates, which might discourage members from reporting incidents or concerns of extremism." ******************* Verdict: 1. Successful color revolutions depend upon turning national security forces against the choices of the electorate. 2. SPLC practically invented the concept of "white supremacy" and created the threat itself by funding the handful of otherwise marginalized practitioners of "white supremacy." 3. During the Biden Administration, the Department of Defense consulted with SPLC regarding the very threat SPLC created. 4. SPLC's recommendations included undoing Title 10 command authority of the uniformed military (see the last paragraph of the language I quoted above). ********************** SPLC has long been at the heart of national efforts to destroy the American Experiment. Who know how successful they could have been if Kamala had won?
