@stick1505 I appreciate brother - just laughing at the idea to normalize guys playing a sport without shoes when they play with shoes 😳
English

Why does it matter their height without shoes? They play basketball with shoes, no?
Jacob Myers@League_Him
19-year-old Italian center Luigi Suigo measured in at 7’2 ¾” barefoot with a 7’5 ½” wingspan and a 9’6” standing reach at the NBA Draft Combine.
English

@Ptwarg I see the point, that they play in shoes so the shoeless height doesn’t matter in that comparison. But this way it’s even across the biard and comparing other players heights makes the most sense to remove unknown factors. I think wingspan probably carries more weight anyway.

@stevenamcqueen @StarWarsDaily_ Rogue one would be mine. The end of rogue one (which is a redo of a new hope intro, just 100x better) is the most iconic Vader moment. It’s a cinematic masterpiece and absolutely steals the show. Fine… I’ll watch Rogue One again.

@LakeShowYo @KIR_bigg50 The only people starting to think it’s rigged clearly didn’t watch last year.
English

@FlaggMavs @KIR_bigg50 Ejections, and treat it like targeting. If it’s in the second half of the game you miss the first half of the next game. If you get more than 3, it’s 5 games per incident. Just fines isn’t going to stop much. Fines should definitely be a part of it, but fines and suspension.

@furious_cs @yonann Before my wife got married she had awful credit. I paid off her outstanding debts and then we paid off her student loans (70k) together. I assure you I made a lot less than 250k. Now she stays at home and I am the sole provider. Been together for 16 years, wouldn’t change a thing

Dave Ramsey tells a nurse to dump her boyfriend after he refuses to propose until she pays off $90K in debt
Caller: "I’m a 26 year old nurse with $90K in student loans. My boyfriend makes $250K a year, but he won’t propose until I’m completely debt free"
Dave: "Dump him. He’s making you prove your worth based on money. You’re having to buy your way into this relationship"
"The No. 1 cause of divorce in North America today is money fights and money problems and guess what this is? This is a money fight"

@SchutteDustin Keady, Hummel, and Painter just to hear them talk basketball for several hours. If I went to football, I would say Brees, Alstott, and Woodson.

#Purdue fans: I hit the golf course for a quick round today and it got me wondering — you and 3 Boilermakers can play a round together, who are you including in your foursome?
Can be current or former players & coaches.
English

@stevenamcqueen It’s all good. But if you ever do want to meet up and grab a coffee, just name a place and time, preferably after noon as I work the late shift.

@stick1505 Can you enable tips please. Edit profile > enable tips.

Easy transaction. It was 10 carat gold.
Guess the price (cash) closest within $5 will receive a cup of coffee from me.
Steve McQueen@stevenamcqueen
Haven't worn this thing since 1989. Selling today with a (lot) of gold. Anyone else still have theirs? How much do you think I'll receive ? Will report!
English

@stevenamcqueen I think I was probably closer to actual value at 505. If there was a mark down to make money it was probably closer to $450.
English

@HOOSHALEGENDS @gwizzy12 That would be incredibly surprising. He is more likely to be a star than just a guy next year.
English

@stick1505 @gwizzy12 You can’t count on West being anything more than a bit player at most for next year.
English

@HOOSHALEGENDS @gwizzy12 I think Harris could be the guy if they let him, I think Ertel should be a solid contributor as well, and I think Mayer is better than he showed last year. I also think West is going to be a star. My concern is the front court. Can DJ take the step up and who is backup 5/4?
English

@gwizzy12 Purdue needs Ertel to be ready made to be a dude or Omer to really take a jump. Cox can’t be your top guy and I like Cox. Their roster feels like a bunch of solid role players.

@c_h_e_m @XOLLiD @kirawontmiss That’s what I saw. Finger is all up on the bang switch and had she properly seated that mag it absolutely could have gone off. It wasn’t technically loaded, but that’s only because she had no idea how to properly insert the magazine. She sure was trying.
English

@XOLLiD @kirawontmiss Many pistols can "automatically" release the slide when you insert a magazine.
The impact and inertia can jar the slide stop enough for the slide to drop forward on its own, chambering a round.
As she has also her finger on the trigger, it could have automatically fired a shot
English

@XOLLiD @kirawontmiss Although I agree, and it was the first thing I noticed, sometimes seating the mag can cause the slide to go forward. If the finger is on the bang switch, and that startles them, it would be very easy to have an AD. Or negligent discharge if you don’t like the term accidental.
English

@kirawontmiss Not a single reply pointing out the slide is locked back and the mag isn't in?

@PotatoRustler I haven’t had a drink in almost 4.5 years. I didn’t like how it made me feel and I always felt terrible for a day or two afterwards, even if it wasn’t a lot to drink.
English

I dunno about anyone else but I feel noticeably dumber for like 3-4 days after I have a few drinks.
