This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this. @TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content." This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please. Tomorrow it could be YOUR channel. We need a real human to look at this.

@LionTchain @TeamYouTube I think the Inauthentic content has to be fixed first in the affected channel. Then rest violations can be removed. Depending on the time u might need to wait extra 90 days to appeal.

@TeamYouTube Eg. if one creator have Channel A, B & C. All channel’s demonetized for inauthentic content on January 7th. After 90days, if channel A lose appeal till June 15. Can channel B still reapply or will B wait till A Is FIXED FIRST?

So YouTube uses AI to decide what counts as "inauthentic content." An ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is deciding what's authentic and human made! A machine. Judging humanity. People have been asking me how I managed to submit a successful appeal for the "Inauthentic Content" demonetization. I got only ONE channel back, but the exact same appeal failed on 7 of my other channels. It honestly feels like pure RNG right now. But I'll break down exactly what I did, just in case this helps someone else out there. 1. Show your face in the first 30 seconds and within the first 30 seconds, show your channel page with the URL, as well as your Earn page with the URL. Your script should look something like this: Hi, I'm the creator of the *...* channel - here's the link to the channel and monetization page. My monetization has been disabled due to "inauthentic content". I want to file an appeal because *...* - (this is very important: explain why your content is authentic, how much time and effort you put into it, how many people worked on the video, who exactly this content is intended for, and why people appreciate your videos) 2. Next, I demonstrated the video production process. Since we create Minecraft videos, I included clips from our minecraft content creator, our editor (showing his workflow in Premiere Pro), and our thumbnail maker, so he could demonstrate how he creates thumbnails. Four people appeared in my appeal, and their faces were clearly visible. 3. I also added subtitles to the appeal, right on the screen. Make sure they are clearly visible, especially if you speed up your video, as YouTube's AI may misinterpret the words in your appeal. 4. My appeal lasted 4 minutes and 59 seconds. I also sped it up so that I could demonstrate the video creation process in as much detail as possible. 5. Keep in mind that we're actually creating the videos from scratch. Each video has to be recorded in Minecraft first and then edited in Premiere Pro. 6. Even the most well-prepared appeal has only a 10% chance of being accepted. As you can see, we've had 1 out of 8 appeals accepted. I wish you all the best during these difficult times, and I hope you find my post helpful.

This is what I experienced myself yesterday. Look at the people whose channel is suspended from profit due to Inauthentic content. If you want YouTube to manually review your channel, use YouTube's real-time support. Ask your real-time counselor for a review without taking a break. When the counselor stops chatting, you keep asking for macro questions that you have written down in advance. Even if you try to stop talking, they say there are still questions left and keep asking macro questions. After about 3 hours, they tell you to wait for technical support. But don't stop. Even if the counselor changes for another hour or so, keep going. However, ask for a conversation with respect to the other person. Then, the next day you will receive a human-written e-mail. I experienced it myself. If you don't do this, your inquiry will only receive a macro answer from AI.

YouTube support is such a scam. They ask me to wait 5 minutes and then end the chat after 2-3 minutes 😂 All I want is an email so my lawyer can serve them papers since what they're doing is a labor law violation in South Africa...
