Why did Isak work so well at Newcastle ? His channel running for counter-attacks was 8/10 & his ability to dribble+shoot from those channels was 10/10. Howe continues to weight his build-up model heavily towards this & it doesn’t suit Woltemade at all. It’s why he now uses Gordon at 9 to replicate a small % of what Isak previously did. But Woltemade’s development has now tanked - this guy is not an 8.
