So Fannie Masemola is being suspended for allegedly violating the Public Finance Management Act, and the person set to replace him is the CFO, the same individual responsible for managing those funds in the first place. How does that make any sense?

We thank both the President @CyrilRamaphosa @PresidencyZA & the Justice Madlanga Commission for acknowledging receipt of our request. Even if they do not accede to our request, there are other avenues. We have not lost hope (at worst, for any eventuality), the Premier too in terms of the Constituion Section 127(2)(e), @Mandla_Ndl may appoint a commission to dig into the rot of police within the province. It is not all hope lost..... It is not about our daughter, Hillary Gardee, but about all killings (political or not) in the province that are unresolved due to alleged police corruption and sabotage, human trafficking & extortion of business people by senior police & disbandment of PTT of Mpumalanga as per the 19 April 2026 dossier of former Police Commissioner of the Province. The buck stops here and now. We have retired Judges in Mpumalanga who can head that commission and it has happened before.

On several occasions this car would be released from SAP 13 Nelspruit by Police Segeant Chego (according to indictment) when impounded because it was a stolen car of Mogashoa family. Elvis Makhubela gave refuge to Rassie Nkuna whilst on the run & kept the gun. Former Commissioner alleges Police for some reasons did not go pick up the gun. Elvis is dead but was attending trial in Pretoria together with Chego & Rassie for the murder of the car owners, IF NOT BUT FOR Chego releasing the instrument of crime, six lives would not have been lost in the period March 22 to July 22. The murdered car owners were lured to believe they are coming to pick up their car when actually, Rassie wanted the original papers. Chego & Elvis forged the transfer together with the girlfriend, girlfiriend bought the stolen car on behalf of Rassie (who was in jail serving time then), Elvis & Chego facilitated transfer to girlfriend using originals taken from dead bodies of Mogashoa family. Rassie shot point blank the girlfriend together with her SAPS sister a week after killing Hillary. The sisters KNEW too much & he had to put them down. Chego, a Police Sergeant, assisted Rassie to get the impounded car. Judgement in the Pretoria High Court coming up on May on the murder of Mogoshoa family. A new judge had to complete the trial because trial judge was suspended for a bribe of R2 000 000 in the IPHC Sandlana matter. THE POLICE, THE JUDGE AND 2 CRIMINALS (RASSIE AND ELVIS), what a world we live in.

Breaking News: The Gardee family has requested the police watchdog, IPID, investigate Jacob Chego, a police officer from Mpumalanga SAPS, for his alleged role in the killing of Hillary Gardee, the daughter of the #EFF deputy president, Godrich Gardee. It is alleged that Chego is the officer who released a BMW from SAP13 to the suspected killer, Rassie Nkuna. The vehicle was reportedly involved in the Mogashoa matter, where Nkuna allegedly shot a couple in front of their two minor children; the mother was heavily pregnant at the time. The Gardee family wants to apply the “but-for” test to determine whether, had Nkuna not been issued the vehicle by Chego, he would have been able to commit the crime. Chego and Nkuna are currently on trial for the Mogashoa case, while Nkuna alone stands accused in the killing of Hillary Gardee. The Gardee family has also written to President Cyril Ramaphosa, urging him to consider directing the #Madlangacommission to summon suspended Mpumalanga commissioner Semakaleng Manamela, who alleged that senior police officials assisted Nkuna in evading arrest and interfered with investigations.

The United States is Withholding Arab Funds The U.S. is delaying the release of money belonging to several Arab sovereign funds, despite the urgent need of their owners. These funds come from the oil and gas revenues of wealthy Arab states and are deposited in American banks. Officials from these countries are currently in Washington, attempting to persuade the U.S. administration to allow the withdrawal of part of these assets. In a related development, and according to U.S. media outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and Alhurra TV, the U.S. Treasury recently blocked the delivery of a cash shipment worth roughly $500 million in U.S. banknotes. This money originates from Iraqi oil revenues held in accounts at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. * The video is shared by the creator @grok

No one will agree to be an Accounting Officer. The provisions of PFMA holding a Director General for the nefarious conduct of junior staff or surbodinates is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. For the first-time, just like the Riotious Act, the PFMA draconian provisions must be tested against the Constitution. This law in that particular regard is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. @SAPoliceService commissioner should test the constitutionality of the provisions leading to his charges before pleading. I was a CFO for many many years. Accounting Officers have little or nothing to do with procurement. The ACT is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. YOU CANNOT LEAVE RUNNING AFTER CRIMINALS to be grounded to monitor Bid Committees & naughty staff. The ACT is vulnerable to abuse for all manner of reasons.

The City of Tshwane’s Bad Buildings Committee is conducting an operation in the Pretoria Industrial. We’ve found an illegal community of foreign nationals that operates a recycling facility on hijacked municipal land. Our teams have disconnected illegal electricity connections, in addition to removing an illegal waste collection facility. One by One! @CityTshwane

The SIU has confirmed what many suspected. South Africa’s Home Affairs system was turned into a marketplace, with marriage certificates and residency permits sold for as little as R500. Over 630,000 foreign nationals may now be in the country illegally through sham marriages, fraudulent life partnerships, and collusion between corrupt officials and religious figures. Cases have been referred to the NPA. - Sesona Madlokovana reports. iol.co.za #SouthAfrica #HomeAffairs #SIU #ImmigrationFraud
