Rassie shot point blank the girlfriend together with her SAPS sister a week after killing Hillary. The sisters KNEW too much & he had to put them down. Chego, a Police Sergeant, assisted Rassie to get the impounded car. Judgement in the Pretoria High Court coming up on May on the murder of Mogoshoa family. A new judge had to complete the trial because trial judge was suspended for a bribe of R2 000 000 in the IPHC Sandlana matter. No one will agree to be an Accounting Officer. The provisions of PFMA holding a Director General for the nefarious conduct of junior staff or surbodinates is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This law in that particular regard is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. @SAPoliceService commissioner should test the constitutionality of the provisions leading to his charges before pleading. I was a CFO for many many years. Accounting Officers have little or nothing to do with procurement. The ACT is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. YOU CANNOT LEAVE RUNNING AFTER CRIMINALS to be grounded to monitor Bid Committees & naughty staff. The ACT is vulnerable to abuse for all manner of reasons.
