Shipping fate.technology 1.0 soon with live views, garbage collection, drizzle support, native transport without tRPC, and Void as a router. fate is going to be the first complete Async React framework where routing, data and forms are fully integrated.

TANSTACK

We've been building out TanStack Store recently. TanStack Store has become foundational as an underlying package for many of the other TanStack libraries that you probably already use, but now, we're polishing it up to make it more viable for application use.
Kevin Thomas Van Cott@KevinVanCott

The hooks in TanStack Store just got more user friendly. If you have used either Jotai, Zustand, or x-state/store in the past, I think these APIs will make sense. useAtom useStore useSelector (renamed from old useStore) useCreateAtom useCreateStore createStoreContext

@devongovett Strange that the selected values are underneath the box vs single selection

Multi-select ComboBox was one of our most requested features. It works just like Select: set selectionMode=multiple, and use the ComboBoxValue component to render the selected values. You can show a TagGroup, a textual list, or any custom component. #taggroup" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">react-aria.adobe.com/ComboBox#taggr

Dear Cloudflare, you’re infrastructure. Act like it. Instead of building a Next.js alternative, invest in availability and resilience. You’ve had a major outage almost every month lately, and we’re the ones explaining it to clients. Trust is the product. Focus on that.

My other takeaway from Cloudflare rewriting Next.js in Vite is that it was possible largely due to Next.js’ comprehensive test suite, so for job security, it’s best us software engineers band together and agree no more writing tests

@tannerlinsley A two-column layout, where I might have my list of items on the left and the content of a selected item on the right. Think email, messages, bank accounts, etc. However in mobile, I’d only want one of those displayed at a time, so an adaptive layout would need to accommodate that

@levelsio I paid nothing. Same as with my mortgage advisor. He was very helpful with navigating through the banks and getting them to approve my request. I didn't pay him. He got a commission from the bank (and gave me multiple options).

I'm so done with real estate agents What an absolutely useless profession in 2026 Nowadays when I go visit houses to buy you get the construction company guy tell you everything anyway, and they actually know their stuff And then you have some literally low IQ shady car salesman guy hovering around you in the back with NO added information and NO added service "Yes this house is great because it's north-facing" And then for doing absolutely nothing zilch nada, they deserve 5% of the house price in commission??? And you can't visit the house direct because real estate agents cover each other asses so the selling agent will tell you to find a buyer agent to be able to visit it A complete racket 100%

Common React Interview question. What is the problem in this code ? export default function App() { const items = ["Apple", "Bat", "Cat"]; return ( <ul> {items.map((item, index) => ( <li key={index}>{item}</li> ))} </ul> ); }

It's insane how complicated managing users and authentication is complicated with router like Hono, Nitro, Workers... Yes there is Better Auth but then, kysely or drizzle? And everything isn't compatible... A nightmare

Why should I spend my precious time reimplementing simple data transformation functions? Utility libraries are type-safe, battle-tested and handle edge cases for you. Sorry, I don't see the appeal...
Vaibhav Singh@vaibhavsaidwhat

@YBenlemlih @JavaScript even cooler tip: uninstall lodash, implement your own little utilities like these and use them instead if you need them in them in the first place
