At @boundless_HQ we had a look at maternity pay and leave across Europe 🤱🏻 What we found surprised us in both good (a country often portrayed negatively in news tops the list 👌🏻) and bad (UK and Ireland are both at the very bottom of the list) ways. Here is a handy infographic 👇🏻

With the news of Airbnb paying the same for anyone *based in the US*, it's a good reminder on why paying the same for anyone, globally, is tricky. It's because, in most EU countries, an EUR 100K gross salary costs more for the employer: between ~13-42% more. A comparison:
