British Gas @BritishGas Feed in Tariff team utterly useless! We've moved and taken over a FiT; they've asked me for the same documents as the ones I've sent repeatedly; impossible to contact them in any meaningful way; they don't reply to my emails for weeks - if ever

I've dealt with scores of trades and companies in my life but nothing touches @WeAreOpenreach for utter incompetence, lack of attention, and unprofessionalism. They have a virtual monopoly on the market, yet there's no way of directly complaining about this. They are a disgrace.

@UPS_UK You failed to deliver my parcel; you fixed on delivering it the next when when I am not in. you won't let me reschedule the date; there is no-one to contact; you say you are coming again tomorrow when I am not in again. what's the point? I've tried via X. Please reply

@UPS_UK you have failed to deliver my parcel. I am now unavailable when you plan to deliver next. You have given me no way of changing the delivery date. You will now have several more failed deliveries in the coming week. My heart sank when I saw that the supplier was using ups.

Why does @lambeth_council ONLY (it seems) collect our recycling bin at Holy Trinity Church Trinity Rise, after I make a complaint? It gets done for a week or two then I have to complain again. #iwantarefund

Just moved the app formerly known as Twitter from the front to the back page of my phone - the sinister black X disturbs and offends me...

@ScottishPower my account was finalised and sp sent a cheque in November. Now they want £66 from me for no clear reason. They don't answer the phone. They don't answer chat. Why should I pay when they won't talk? is making a noise on Twitter the only way to get through?

@SP_EnergyPeople why do Scottish power only make things worse? Why do they fail to communicate or call me as requested, but simply issue another wrong bill that I can't query? Why do they not answer when I wait on the phone for 45 mins? Why does their chat not work? #poorservice

"We are experiencing an exceptionally high volume of calls at the moment." How can this "unusual" situation still be continuing to everyone after over a year? It's no longer "exceptional" or "at the moment". Stop lying and recruit more staff. #poorservice

@SP_EnergyPeople why is it impossible to get through to Scottish Power? I need to get advice on a mess up, pay a bill, transfer the account into a new name etc. I call during the advertised opening hours and they are not available. There appears to be no email contact either.

@Hawkland_EC We've done exactly the same here in Tulse Hill but we're using Pro clima DA on the floor instead of intello as it is far stronger.

Insulating the ground floor, applying the Intello airtight membrane and laying down the caberfloor. Particular attention to detail was taken when taping the membrane to the base of the walls. #insulation #suspendedtimberfloor #ijoist #carpentry #airtightness
