@O2 Bill at the Watford store deserves huge recognition. After being on the phone to customer services, speaking to 8 different people including managers. Bill sorted my issue in 15 minutes and I left with a new phone! Superstar! 🌟

@BeautyLou16 @MarkEvansO2 @O2 I mentioned this on the phone to o2 customer service team. They told me the contract doesn’t start until I have the phone in my hand. I’ve asked them to tell me where it states this in the contract!

@O2 promised a phone call by a manager at 12. Rung again at 13:30 and told I would definitely receive a call today. 17:40 still not call. Still no phone. Yet took my money! Most definitely breaching your contract.

@O2 disgusting customer service. 20 years been with you. Ordered iPhone 15 pro to be delivered today. Taken money. No phone. No-one knows when it’s being delivered. Can’t cancel & go to the shop today to get one. Disgusting! Happy to take my money but not send the product!!!!

@loosewomen My son had pneumonia at 2 weeks old. He is now 5 months and still has a cough (NHS guidelines say any continuous cough that lasts more than 3 weeks needs to be seen). Our appointment is 2nd May!!

@EmmaSleepTech the most unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. Delivered the wrong size mattress and now telling me they won’t be able to deliver a new one until the new year! No-one will speak to me, everything has to be sent via email. Even a complaint takes 48hrs

@UHeadteacher @PrimaryCoHead @Primaryhead937 Based on these times, it ought to be 2hrs45min, if taken weekly. However, it could be less as break times don't have to be included in the calculation. In my last school, we moved to a model of everybody (f/t) having a full day's PPA once a fortnight. It was a game changer.

How many hours PPA should staff get if school day is 8.45am - 3.15pm with an hour for lunch? (I know how to work it out…I’m just wondering about the differences of opinion…like in our school 🤣🤦‍♀️) @PrimaryCoHead @Primaryhead937
