NEW: Nick Shirley calls out the inconsistent stories regarding the Quality Learing Center in Minnesota.
"The Department of Children commissioner said you guys were closed a week ago," Shirley said.
Shirley's claim is correct. On Monday, the Department of Children, Youth, and Families commissioner, Tikki Brown, said the center had closed down last week.
The same day, however, the center's manager said they never closed down once and even showed off how many people were at the center as proof they were a real business.
