The #A47 in both directions between A1270 (#Postwick) and A1064 (#Acle) is closed due to overrunning roadworks. The roadworks have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and the road is expected to reopen at approximately 07:00. There are no delays on the approach.

@MattWalshBlog you can have the devices but still live a non-obsessive life about your health. they can be useful information to help take reasonable steps.

People walk around with devices strapped to them giving them second by second updates on their physical health. They track their sleep. Count their steps. For what? What are you, an astronaut? Why do you need all of this data? What’s the end game here? Living in total denial about your health is a million times better than this neurotic madness. Although a compromise between those two extremes would be best of all.

People in this country have been neurotically obsessed with their “mental health” for decades and it seems to have produced even worse mental health. Now everyone is neurotically obsessed with their physical health and it seems to be leading to similar results. The actual key to physical and mental health is just to take reasonable and moderate steps to be basically healthy, go to the doctor if you’re seriously sick or injured, but otherwise stop obsessing over it and go live your life. We’re all gonna die anyway. You can spend every second of your life optimizing your health in every conceivable way and in a few decades you’ll be just as dead as the rest of us.

@TankerTrackers I did a bit of reading of the ukmto reporting process. Very interesting uk gov design process It works though. It’s just annoying how there is way too many orgs (even .gov affiliated) recreating visual dashes essentially for pr (don’t even get me started) puposes.
