Nigel Farage has missed 77 out of the last 77 votes in the House of Commons! Bet he doesn't have the same problem turning up for one of his highly paid second jobs. Or to meetings with wealthy donors when there's another big money "gift" on offer.

Nasty Nige forgets it was his Brexit that created the small boats problem. Now he wants to feast on it as an issue for votes. It’s like the arsonist complaining about the heat from the flames. We need quicker processing, support for genuine refugees, and a swift return for those who have no right to be here so that they can get on with their lives and we can focus support on those who need our help. And that’s what this @UKLabour government is delivering.
Nigel Farage MP@Nigel_Farage

Andy Burnham is for them, not for you. Vote Reform in Makerfield.

Arsene Wenger after the game: We reached the final and gave everything we had, but I cannot help feeling that the game was influenced by more than just the football. There were decisions that went against Arsenal at crucial moments, and from where I stand, two penalty incidents deserved much closer attention, especially the challenge on Saka in the second half. I am proud of this team. They showed courage, quality, character and the fighting spirit that Arsenal supporters expect. When you lose a Champions League final, it is painful. When key moments leave you with questions, the disappointment is even greater. Congratulations to PSG on winning the trophy. But I believe Arsenal deserved the opportunity to compete on equal terms until the very end. To the players: keep your heads high. Great teams are built through moments like this. Use the pain, learn from it, and come back stronger. COYG ❤️ #PSGARS #UCLFinal

@AURAGOALX Cheats. Cheats PSG and Cheats UEFA. Disgusting acting by PSG. Useless referee and completely incompetent. Difficult enough, now English teams have the referees and officials against them too.

🚨🗣️ Ian Wright BLASTS UEFA and referee Daniel Siebert after Arsenal were denied a late corner before half-time 🗣️ Wright: “I don't understand it. Arsenal are literally setting up for a corner kick and the referee blows for half-time.” “How can you deny a team an attacking opportunity like that?” “This is the Champions League, not a Sunday kickabout.” “If you've allowed the play to reach that point, let the corner be taken.” “Fans pay money to watch football decided by players, not by unnecessary whistle timings.” “It's small moments like these that change matches.” “UEFA needs consistency because supporters and players deserve better.”

One of Stoke-on-Trent's most-iconic hotels is ready to reopen - after being cleared of asylum seekers. Best Western Stoke-on-Trent City Centre Hotel, in Hanley, stopped taking reservations and weddings were cancelled after accepting asylum seekers in November 2022. Will you ever use this hotel ?

Have you noticed your prescription charges have not increased? It didn't happen by accident. This Labour government froze them. Labour is on the side of families and working people.

The government has hit one of its key NHS targets on waiting times, with 65% of patients being treated within 18 weeks, government reported! This is the biggest improvement in NHS waiting times in 16 years, and the first time since November 2021 that more than 65% of patients were seen within 18 weeks. Source: The London Economic

I am absolutely appalled by the decision of the new Reform UK administration at @Essex_CC removing the Ukrainian flag that has flown in support since the start of the war. Disgusting behaviour! As suspected proves they are Putin sympathisers! bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

The Unite the Kingdom march organisers are spreading hatred and division. They do not reflect the Britain I’m proud of. Peaceful protest is a fundamental right and one I will always protect. But if protest turns violent, we will act swiftly, with extra court capacity in place.

Activist: "Your cows are putting carbon into the atmosphere." Farmer: "Where did they get it?" Activist: "What?" Farmer: "The carbon. Where did the cow get it before it put it anywhere." Activist: "From... eating?" Farmer: "From eating grass. And where did the grass get it." Activist: "The soil?" Farmer: "The air. The grass pulled it out of the air last spring. The cow ate the grass. The cow breathed some of it back out. It went back into the air it came from." Activist: "But it's still going into the atmosphere." Farmer: "It's going back. There's a difference between a thing going somewhere and a thing going back. You've described a circle and you're frightened of it." Activist: "Then just don't have the cow." Farmer: "The grass still dies in autumn. It rots where it falls. The carbon goes back into the air either way, just without anyone getting fed in the middle." Activist: "It's not that simple." Farmer: "It's grass, cow, breath, grass. Or it's grass, rot, air, grass. Same circle, fewer dinners. If that's complicated for you I'd stay away from the water cycle. That one's got clouds in it."

With this Labour Government, Britain has seen inflation come down, six interest rate cuts and borrowing fall. The PM’s steady leadership means we are better able to protect families, support businesses, work with allies and face global challenges.
