Stu Sternberg selling the Tampa Bay Rays at $1.7bn a pretty incredible story. Guy was equity options trader, went to Spear Leeds & Kellogg, then partner at Goldman until 2002. Buys Rays for $220mm in 2004, 48% share, so he's in at ~$100mm. Sells rays 20 years later at $1.7bn

@west4thstreet @SirBaby6 Yes but most C&I banks will view default prob on a more standardized basis for individual clients whereas LGD will be more dependent on inventory market values. I think there is a decent argument for LGD’s going down for some inventory and equipment
