@WestJet I have already and West Jet continues to hide behind their ridiculous polices. West Jet has ruined this holiday, by their poor planning - when tickets were purchased back in October. Next time choose Porter, significantly better Customer Service. Seems West Jet is about the $$

@WestJet is absolutely the worst airline and their customer service has gone down the toilet. Supposed to leave tomorrow at 12 PM flight rescheduled until the following day at 1035 PM. In what world is this alright, people have work and kids have school. Absolutely shameful.

Shoot the messenger to keep things quiet! Hurley also secretly fired me from a Metro Van committee after I called for a public inquiry. While some staffing/HR matters should be confidential, there is far too much secrecy at Metro Van. It’s one of the reasons we’re in this mess with the NS Wastewater Treatment plant.
