Has anyone found they suddenly can't get their @Barclaycard app to work and no one to help from #Barclaycard or @Barclays for that matter?

@Ethanstpfan @BarclaysUK I get exactly the same issue. Tried to call but got stupid robot and then told I needed to leave a message on the chat and got the same screen.

@BarclaysUK I have quite a serious issue with my Barclaycard and when I call I get told the only way I can speak to a real person is on the app and I use the chat on the app and get this. I seriously need this sorted ASAP and will leave Barclays permanently if not.

Tide bank seems to be in chaos. Not answering support request and the chats are blocking the main screen so can’t access my business account. @TideBusiness you need to get this sorted and answer your chats asap

#britishgas are the worst company in the world. They employ call center handlers who can barely speaks English and in the main have zero knowledge. Every time I have to call I dread the wasted day I will spend sorting tiny issues. Shameful.
