Iron Dome can only cover certain areas n limited iron domes available. No large crowds allowed for any religion because of quick sheltering needed within 30 sec.
So risk is not worth taking for anyone

Iran is not even indiscriminately firing at Israel. They are intentionally firing at entire civilian population areas, including residential homes, kindergartens and hospitals. Each of these missiles and cluster bombs is a WAR CRIME!
