Almost all my friends have an Instant Pot now too. Here's why (not affiliated). - Fully stainless steel. No Teflon, no PFAS, no non-stick coating. Clean cooking from the start. - Meal prep master. 8 bowls of chicken stew in one go. Fall-apart tender in ~30 minutes. - Less histamine than slow cooking. Fast high-heat pressure limits histamine buildup in meat. - Lectins in foods like beans and tomatoes significantly reduced. - Better nutrient retention than boiling. Sealed + shorter time = less oxidation and leaching. - No planning. Throw it in, lock the lid, walk away. Safer than leaving the stove on all day. - Bone broth in 3 hours (not 24) with excellent collagen and mineral extraction. The most tender meat you’ve ever made. Every single time.
